No Return / No Refund Policy

All products and services sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product images. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for incorrect address details, customer preference issues, delivery delays, or discounted/promotional products. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.
In rare cases where cancellation is possible before shipment, a refund may be issued as per company policy. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.
