3. Services

  • Digivault Technologies Private Limited provides IT services including but not limited to:
    • Website Design & Development
    • Web Applications
    • Software Development
    • IT Consulting & Support
    • Maintenance & Technical Services
  • The scope, timeline, and pricing of services will be defined separately in proposals, quotations, or agreements.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or service discontinuation.
  • Any applicable taxes (GST or others) shall be borne by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, source code, content, graphics, and materials developed by Digivault Technologies remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred as per the agreed terms.
  • The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate content, data, credentials, and approvals required for project completion.
  • Delays caused due to missing information or approvals from the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

8. Revisions & Changes

  • Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope of work.
  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and may incur extra charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Digivault Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Data loss, business loss, or downtime caused by third-party services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or APIs.
  • The Company is not responsible for outages, failures, or changes in third-party services.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.
  • In case of termination, the client must pay for work completed up to the termination date.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

12. Refund Policy

  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Company’s Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

14. Changes to Terms

Digivault Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
